  • Cheyenna Kopacz, Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner

    Cheyenna Kopacz

    DNP, FNP-C

    Cheyenna is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2019 from Arizona State University. She previously worked as a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Registered Nurse at Phoenix Children's Hospital and then as a Hematology/Oncology Registered Nurse at Mayo Clinic.

    During her Doctoral program, she implemented an evidence-based program focused on reducing hospital readmissions post discharge by providing in-depth medication education and guidance. Her passion is bringing care into the comfort of your home and reducing the taxing effort required to seek quality care. Previously working in an office setting as a Nurse Practitioner made her realize how little time she gets to spend with patients, inhibiting the ability to meet their physical and emotional needs. In her spare time, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and children.

  • Nichole Alford, Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner

    Nichole Alford FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner with many years of healthcare experience. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northern Arizona University and then earned her Master of Science degree at the University of Phoenix. She holds a national board certification with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

    After graduating with honors, she started her nursing career in 2017 working at the Mayo Clinic in the Intensive and Procedural Care Units, providing care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses.

    As a family nurse practitioner, she is passionate about patient-centered care focused on discovering the root cause of health concerns. She was a Daisy Award recipient for providing excellent patient-centered care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and exercising.

  • Catrina Marsh, Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner

    Catrina Marsh

    Catrina Marsh is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience, much of it dedicated to caring for military families and veterans. As a military spouse for 26 years, she had the opportunity to live around the globe — an experience that deepened her appreciation for diverse people, cultures, and communities. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and is nationally board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

    Her approach to care is rooted in compassion and in the meaningful connections she makes with her patients. Catrina is committed to creating an environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and supported — never rushed or dismissed. She is excited to bring her experience into the homes and lives of her patients, where she can continue to provide personalized, patient-centered care.

    Outside of her professional role, Catrina is an adventurer at heart. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling, and especially values the time she spends with her three adult children.

  • Amber Allen, Doctor of Nursing Practice and Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care

    DNP, CPNP-PC

    Amber is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) dedicated to the health and development of children from newborn through age 18. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Arizona State University.

    Her extensive pediatric background began in 2012. After becoming a Registered Nurse, she served as a Certified Pediatric Nurse at Phoenix Children's Hospital for nearly a decade, gaining experience in acute, critical, and post-operative care. Amber has also shared her knowledge as a professor, instructing nursing students.

    Committed to positive parenting, she focuses on building trust through compassionate communication and helping families foster resilient, healthy children. A mother of three, she enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her family.

  • Nicole Hennigan, Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner

    Nicole Hennigan, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Pediatric Nurse with over 10 years of diverse healthcare experience, including pediatrics and emergency medicine. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care to patients of all ages, with a special focus on wellness and preventive health.

    Nicole believes in building strong, trusting relationships with patients and families while emphasizing education, early intervention, and long-term wellness. Her clinical approach combines experience, empathy, and a commitment to helping patients thrive at every stage of life.

  • Renee Rundle, Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner

    Renee Rundle

    Renee Rundle is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience specializing in Family Medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

    Her career as an FNP has included extensive work in both urgent and primary care settings, managing acute and chronic conditions while focusing on preventative medicine. Renee's philosophy of care is centered on building a lasting partnership with her patients and their families.

    She believes that the best outcomes are achieved through education and a collaborative approach, empowering patients to be active participants in their health journey. In her free time, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, crafting, and exploring new restaurants.

  • Jodi Connor, Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Registered Nurse

    Jodi was a labor and delivery Nurse for 30+ years and has a passion for wellness. Her focus is on prevention of illness with a passion for patient education on the benefits of IV therapy and vitamin injections.

  • Sarah Gorzelany, Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Registered Nurse

    Sarah Gorzelany

    BSN, RN

    Sarah is a Registered Nurse with six years of experience at Mayo Clinic, where she specialized in transplant care and Family Medicine. Alongside this experience, Sarah has also worked in wellness and infusion-based care, supporting patients through preventative and restorative therapies.

    She recently earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Arizona State University.

    Sarah is passionate about women's health, disease prevention, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that meets individuals where they are. Her approach emphasizes trust, accessibility, and helping patients feel empowered in their health journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Alex, and dog, Stella.

  • Rachel McCormick, Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner

    Rachel McCormick

    DNP, FNP-C

    Rachel McCormick is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Arizona State University in 2026. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University in 2017. She has worked across a variety of specialties — from bariatric medicine to neurology — with most of her career spent in intensive care over the last nine years at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix and Mayo Clinic of Arizona.

    As part of her doctoral program, she designed an education program for women diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome to improve patient education and empower women to better understand their options. Her program is now in use at a local Women's Care clinic in the East Valley and has improved outcomes for participants — an experience that fueled her passion for holistic, patient-centered care.

    In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping with her husband and two dogs, and catching up on all the book series she set aside during school.

  • Kimberly Schnettler, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

    Kimberly Schnettler

    FNP-C

    Kimberly Schnettler, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience. After beginning her nursing career as a Registered Nurse in 2012, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019.

    Kimberly is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and believes that strong provider-patient relationships are the foundation of excellent healthcare. Her commitment to outstanding patient care earned her the DAISY Award for nursing excellence.

    Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband and children, exercising, and embracing an active lifestyle with her family.
