We offer a full range of concierge medical services in Tempe: primary care (adult and pediatric), medical weight loss with GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide), hormone replacement therapy (HRT/BHRT) for women, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for men, mobile IV therapy and vitamin infusions, functional medicine, and trigger point injections — all delivered to your Tempe home or office.
Adult membership starts at $99/month and includes unlimited telemedicine visits, in-home visit bookings, and 7-day provider texting access. À la carte in-home visits are $199 and telemedicine visits are $115. A one-time $50 enrollment fee applies for new patients. All services are HSA/FSA eligible.
We are a cash-pay, membership-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a superbill after your visit for potential reimbursement through your insurance. We gladly accept HSA and FSA payments.
