This fee helps cover fuel costs, vehicle upkeep, and compensates our team for the time spent getting to and from your location - time they could otherwise be serving you or another client. We base this charge on widely accepted mileage standards used across industries, and it ensures our team arrives ready to deliver the excellent care you expect.

Yes — At Your Doorstep Medical provides in-home pediatric care throughout Phoenix and across Arizona. Our licensed Nurse Practitioners come to your home so your child can be evaluated in a familiar, stress-free environment. No waiting rooms, no travel with a sick child, and no scheduling delays. We also offer telemedicine visits for cases that don't require an in-person exam.
We treat patients from newborn through teenager. Our pediatric Nurse Practitioners are experienced across all childhood age groups — from newborn wellness checks and toddler sick visits to adolescent annual exams and sports physicals. The whole family can receive care under one roof, on one visit.
Our in-home pediatric services include sick visits (ear infections, strep throat, RSV, flu, pink eye, rashes, and more), well-child exams, school and sports physicals, chronic condition management (asthma, ADHD, allergies), and general developmental concerns. We bring the necessary equipment — including point-of-care testing — directly to your home.
Pediatric membership fees are tiered by age — for example, children ages 0–2 are approximately $160/month. Families are capped at approximately $355/month regardless of the number of children enrolled, making concierge pediatric care genuinely affordable for larger households. Upfront annual payment options are available with free months included.
We do our best to accommodate same-day and urgent sick visits — especially for members. Our team covers a wide scheduling window, and members also have 7-day-a-week provider texting access until 7:00 PM to assess whether a same-day visit is needed or whether a telemedicine consultation is appropriate. No — we do not require vaccinations to become a patient. We believe in open, informed conversations about your child's immunization schedule. Our Nurse Practitioners are happy to discuss vaccine questions without judgment, and will always support your family in making informed decisions that reflect your values and your child's health needs.
Yes — one of the greatest advantages of concierge house-call care is the ability to see multiple family members in a single visit. Adults and children can all be evaluated during the same appointment, saving your family significant time. Our family membership cap ensures this stays affordable no matter your household size.
