Initial Consultation - $199 

A comprehensive visit with your Nurse Practitioner to discuss your symptoms, health goals, and medical history.

A one-time $50 enrollment fee applies for all new clients.

Yes. Our women's HRT program addresses estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and thyroid imbalances commonly experienced during perimenopause and menopause. We develop fully personalized hormone optimization plans based on your lab results, symptoms, and health history — with ongoing monitoring and dosage adjustments to keep you feeling your best.
Our hormone program begins with an initial consultation ($199) where your Nurse Practitioner reviews your symptoms, health history, and goals. A comprehensive lab panel is ordered to assess your hormone levels. From there, a personalized HRT plan is created. Ongoing care is managed under our hormone membership ($150/month), which includes follow-up visits, lab review, medication ordering, dosage adjustments, and 7-day-a-week access to your provider.
Both options are available. Consultations and follow-up visits can be conducted as in-home visits anywhere in Arizona or via HIPAA-compliant telemedicine — whichever is most convenient for you. Medications are ordered through licensed pharmacies and delivered to your door. Our concierge model means you never need to sit in a clinic waiting room for your hormone care.
Most patients begin noticing improvements in energy, sleep, and mood within 4–8 weeks of starting hormone therapy, though full optimization can take several months as dosing is fine-tuned. Results vary based on your baseline hormone levels, the type of therapy, and how your body responds. Regular follow-up visits and lab monitoring are key to achieving and maintaining optimal results.
Our hormone program starts with a $199 initial consultation (plus a one-time $50 enrollment fee for new patients) and ongoing management is $150/month with our hormone membership. Medication, lab work, and any compounded prescriptions are billed separately. Paying upfront annually can save you up to $200. We are a cash-pay practice but provide superbills for potential insurance reimbursement.
