Unlike a traditional primary care provider, we limit our patient panel so we can offer same-day or next-day appointments, unhurried visits, and direct text access to your provider. At Your Doorstep Medical specifically removes the barrier of the waiting room by bringing the entire clinic experience directly to your home or office in Phoenix or Utah.
Yes. We serve as a functional medicine practitioner for patients across the Greater Phoenix Metro area and statewide in Utah via telemedicine. Our approach focuses on root-cause analysis rather than just symptom management. We use comprehensive lab panels to investigate gut health, inflammation, and hormonal imbalances that traditional "normal" tests might miss.
Our medical weight loss program is provider-led and highly personalized. We utilize evidence-based medications, including GLP-1s like Tirzepatide and Semaglutide, to help manage hunger and metabolic function. Because we are a concierge practice, you receive ongoing monitoring and direct support to ensure your weight loss is safe, sustainable, and paired with the right nutritional guidance.
We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to focus entirely on your care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. However, we can provide you with a superbill after your visit, which you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We also gladly accept HSA and FSA payments.
Absolutely. While our memberships offer the best value for long-term health, we offer mobile IV therapy in Phoenix and surrounding areas on an à la carte basis. A skilled nurse will travel to your home, office, or hotel to administer customized hydration and vitamin infusions for recovery, immunity, or performance.
In Arizona, we provide in-home visits throughout the Metro Phoenix area, including Scottsdale, Peoria, Glendale, Tempe, Chandler, and Gilbert. For our Utah patients, we offer telemedicine statewide and select areas for in-home visits. A travel fee of $10–$50 may apply based on your distance from a provider.
As insurance deductibles continue to rise, many patients find our concierge healthcare model more cost-effective. With memberships starting at $99/month, you receive unlimited telemedicine and direct provider access, which often prevents expensive urgent care visits or ER trips for non-emergencies.
