Our services include concierge primary care, pediatric services, hormone optimization, weight management, wellness services, and related healthcare offerings. Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes individualized medical advice. Medical care is provided only after proper evaluation and establishment of a provider-patient relationship.

3. SMS Communications Program

Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (602) 489-4958. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
